The landlord/representative can ask the court to challenge your notification. If the court finds that the lessor/agent has corrected the infringement, it can cancel your termination and the lease is upheld or orders you to pay compensation. In most countries and territories, you must deposit your loan with the appropriate borrowing authority. If there is an argument at the end of your lease, the money is held by a third party – an agent or landlord who may not play fairly. All reasonable fees can be passed on to your tenant, but you cannot incriminate your tenant or increase the rental of your property if your tenant requests a change to the common lease. Most change situations to the shared lease have no fees. But once the term is over, you will move to a periodic agreement or a rolling lease, unless you sign another agreement. 32.2 The lessor may refuse to transfer the entire lease or sublease the entire residence (whether reasonable or not), and a tenant may transfer the lease to another person under the lease or part of the premises with the written agreement of the lessor. If at least one original tenant remains in the tenancy agreement, the landlord must not respect the consent unreasonably. When a roommate retires within a regular period of time, he or she can terminate his or her own lease under a periodic contract by giving the lessor and the other roommate 21 days` notice. As soon as they evacuate the premises at the time of the notice, they are no longer tenants under the agreement. There are two types (check your tenancy agreement under “Term” or “Term of Agreement”): Principal Tenant You are a tenant (your name is on the rental agreement of the premises), you reside in the premises and rent part of the premises to another person under a separate written agreement. If the lessor illegally terminates the contract, the tenant may be entitled to reimbursement of the moving costs. If special circumstances exist and the continuation of the lease unfairly puts you in difficulty, you can ask the court to terminate your fixed-term contract. A head/subtenant relationship is treated according to the Residential Tenants Act in the same way as a landlord-tenant relationship. This means that you must send a written notification to your principal tenant for 21 days or 14 days at the end of a fixed-term contract.
